Mrs. Rebecca Konas—
This is my 14th year of teaching and ten years of that have been spent teaching fifth grade! After graduating high school, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Grades Education and my dual Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction! I am tremendously blessed to be married to my wonderful husband, Clay. We just celebrated our eight-year anniversary June 2018. We have three sons, Canyon (6), Sawyer (almost 5), and Kingston (almost 2)! I have grown up in the church and enjoy serving in many areas. I enjoy singing, exercising, reading, and spending time with my family. I have been a part of Strong Rock Christian School since its charter year, and I am honored to serve its students, parents, and faculty. I am excited about a new school year!

Mrs. Bethany Kingsley–
This will be my eleventh year of teaching at Strong Rock Christian School and my tenth year of teaching fifth grade. Christian schooling has always been a way for life for me being that I was raised in a Christian school from age three until my twelfth-grade graduation. After graduation, I attended a small, Christian college in Mt. Vernon, GA, called Brewton-Parker College where I received my B.A. in Early Childhood Education. I became a Christian at age seven and was baptized by my father at the church he was pastoring at the time. My mother has been a Christian school teacher all throughout my life, and I know that my love of teaching was influenced greatly by her. I am married to my husband, Stuart, who is currently a sixth grade teacher at Creekside Christian Academy. We also have a sweet daughter, Evelyn, who just turned two over the summer. I truly believe that God has given me with the best job in the entire world, and I am so excited about what He has in store for the fifth grade this year!

Mrs. Patricia Pitman—
This is my twelfth year teaching. It is my tenth year at Strong Rock Christian School, and my fifth year teaching fifth grade math. Previously I taught third grade for five years. Prior to teaching at Strong Rock I taught first grade in DeKalb County for two years. I received my undergraduate in Business Management at The Georgia Institute of Technology and earned my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia State University. My husband and I grew up together at Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Atlanta. We still attend the same church with both of our families, and are very active members. We have been happily married for eight years and have a daughter Lizzie (6 years) and a son Ethan (2 years). My heart is for serving others. Padre Ramos, Nicaragua holds a special place in my heart. My husband and I go there to serve whenever the Lord calls us to go, unfortunately we were not able to go this past summer. I know this year will be fantastic as we learn many new and exciting skills. We will strengthen our relationship with each other, as well as our relationship with Jesus Christ. I am excited about partnering with you on this journey!
